By way of introduction, my name is Mark Francis and I am the owner of Above All Pool Service.  I was born in Missouri into a military family. After my father retired, we settled in North Carolina where I attended High School and in 1984 entered into the U.S. Army. After an Honorable Discharge in 1987, I returned to North Carolina and attended Wayne Community College where I received an Associate of Applied Science Degree, specializing in Aviation Maintenance.  I was hired with American Airlines in July 1989 as an Aviation Maintenance Technician where I am still currently employed. 

I have a beautiful wife/business partner and best friend named Leona who is also employed by American Airlines as a Flight Attendant.  We have three young boys.  We reside in Euless, Texas, and run the business out of our home.

In 2001 when times hit hard in the aviation business, I decided to take financial control of our future.  I decided to step head-first into the pool industry. Since we have our own salt water pool, this gave me good knowledge of how the systems work and what it takes to maintain it. 

I have attended several technical schools sponsored by Jandy and Pentair. I am a Level 2 Heater Service Technician for Jandy.  I am always looking to further my education so I can better serve my customers.
